Job Description:
Job Purpose (Accountability)
- Perform and maintain international safety operation standard follow Safety Management System, SMS by ICAO/Doc.9859 and CAAT regulations furthermore maintain IATA/IOSA standard including other regulations required in each state regulatory.
- Accountable for the implementation and maintenance of the Safety Management System (SMS) integrated with quality issues (with safety impact) of their own Operational Area.
- Support to Head of Division or Departmental area by reporting, providing or suggestion on safety issues.
- Maintain coordination and ensure performing on Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (OSHE) matters.
- Accountable for the advice to head of Division or Departmental level (Cannot be transferred to subordinate) to improve safety performance in placed at their Division or Departmental level.
Duties / Responsibilities
- The day-to-day oversight of the Safety Management System (SMS) by develop, maintenance, review and revise the safety management program in their own Division or Departmental area.
- Providing safety issues to communicate and review in PG safety management meeting (PG SAG, PG SRB).
- Participate the monthly Safety Meeting and provide feedback about on-going safety issues.
- Coordinate Safety Services regarding the implement of Safety Implementation Plan.
- Manage and oversee SMS part in his/her Division’s or Department’s Operation Manual
- Promote and encourage a positive corporate safety and security policy
- Promote, facilitate and maintain reporting system to identify hazards in Division and Departmental area.
- Monitoring the progress of safety reports and ensuring that hazards are addressed and assessed risk for operational impact by coordinating with Safety Action Group (SAG) and mitigate safety risks in departmental area with timely manner.
- Investigate incidents to deal with safety issues as they arise. Safety Key Personnel may form an ad hoc committee to investigate, analyze and make recommendations by coordinate with responsible person concerned in Division or Departmental area.
- Monitoring Corrective/Preventive actions together with reviewing and evaluating the effective of those results (safety recommendations).
- Managing and coordinating the occupational health & safety environment issues in department in order to prevent and control accident in workplace.
- Coordinating the security issues with Security Division to ensure the mitigation security risks provided in departmental area with timely manner.
- Perform and monitor Flight Safety Analysis program to ensure safety factor approach to or achieve a nearly ZERO accident target. Therefore, it’s necessary to providing and monitoring periodic reports of Safety Performance/ Target (SPI/SPT) in Division and Departmental area.
Duties / Responsibilities (Additional)
- Monitor or advise for management of change in his/her department area.
- Prepare and support internal auditing including other regulatory requirement/ international standard audit concerning SMS in his/her Division or Departmental area.
- Collect safety data and analyses information concerning safety issues of both inside and outside the company communicating for development of the safety and ensure relevant current safety information is distributed to management and staff in Division and Departmental area by email, notice board and PG intranet.
- Providing continually updated SMS/safety issue related to operational areas in his/her Division or Department for development in training as the barrier for risk mitigation of those safety issues.
- Coordination with the team of Crisis & Emergency Response Plan.

Bachelor Degree in Related Fields

Good command of English communication skills (TOEIC score: 650)
