Job Purpose (Accountability)

Perform and process of cargo operations to comply with policy under safety, accuracy and various standards.
Coordination involved the transportation both internal and external shall be achieved the company objective.

Perform and process of cargo operations according to company policy under safety, accurately and comply with various standards. Coordinated with other departments and airline partners regarding all aspects relevant.
Perform and ensure that all shipments details on the flight are inform to all relevant departments accurately, efficiency and on time.
Perform and ensure that all shipments can be accepted according to the list of commodities in the Cargo Operations Manual and IATA rules and regulations.
Plan and verify cargo booking according to cargo available weight and space.
Verify and ensure that the shipments are accepted correctly on board according to cargo documents.
Perform and ensure the shipments are in good conditions and ready for carriage.
Process complete and correct cargo documents on board to comply with regulations.
Monitor and ensure that the related external entities perform his/her duty according to PG standard and procedures.
Coordinate with airline partners in case of transfer cargo
Perform and ensure safety and security of cargo operations activities.
Receive the payment of shipment and issuing the document according to company rate with accurately and efficiency
Giving suggestion and perform customer services according to company operational and service standards in order to meet customer satisfaction and expectation.
Perform, check, follow up and report all cases and resolving the problems when irregularity are raised.

Bachelor Degree in Related Fields

No experience required.

Minimum score 500 or above.

Have a valid driving license.
