Job Purpose (Accountability)

• Perform and maintain international safety operation standard follow Safety Management System, SMS by ICAO/Doc.9859 and CAAT regulations furthermore maintain IATA/IOSA standard.
• Development, administrating, facilitating and implement Technical Department's independent Safety Management System.

Duties / Responsibilities

1. Support safety information to Technical Safety Key Personnel for day-to-day oversight of Safety Management System (SMS) in the Technical Department.

2. Assisting to prepare safety issues presented in the PG safety management meeting (SAG, SRB)  

3. Facilitate, coordinate and participate in the investigation incidents and accidents in the Technical Department.                        

4. Assisting Technical Safety Key Personnel to writing the investigation reports which are clear, concise and make recommendations as the circumstances demand.                         

5. Assist in maintaining accident and incident records, files, and reports. Requires data entry and corrections to files on an as needed basis.           

6. Monitor, follow up the progress of safety reports and ensuring mitigations are in place.                        

7. Collecting data for analysis the Safety Performance Targets (SPT) trend.    

8. Oversight Safety Process in Technical area by Safety auditing and Safety Survey.                        

9. Prepare and support internal and external audit concerning SMS in the Technical Department.                         

10. Creating and sharing safety promotion in the Technical Department.
