Job Purpose (Accountability)
To apply the tactics that forecast the passenger behavior under dynamically changing market conditions, allocate inventory and optimize revenue in each individual flights to ensure maximizing the revenue target of each responsible areas.
Duties / Responsibilities
1. Monitor Revenue Management System configuration, to ensure integrity of seat allocation has well allocated for maximizing the revenue in each flights.
2. Demand forecasting and price allocation in each individual flights 363 days ahead to maximize the revenue in each responsible markets.
3. Increase the overbook revenue in order to compensate the opportunities lost from no show passenger.
4. Analyze the revenue passenger flown and foresee the future revenue, to ensure there are maximizing and achieving the revenue target in each responsible markets.
5. Review market including competitive positioning, assesses and segments customers based on market condition in order to create the newest marketing strategy and tactic.
6. Assign holidays for both domestic and international, to maximize revenue especially during peak periods.
7. Monitor competitor fares in responsible area by using Infare system, allocate seats(fare) according to the market situation base on strategies and airline positioning.
8. Quoting group price as receiving from Sales team or others base on seasonality and market situation.
9. Co-planning with the Schedule Management and Schedule Planning to increase or decrease the capacity according to the changing of the market’s demand and supply in order to maximize the aircraft utilization and maximize the revenue.
10. Provide Daily, Monthly, Weekly and Yearly reports to management and related division in order to review the business flown and foresee the future demand forecasting.
11. Provide seat available report to support all promotion or travel fair.
Education
Work Experience
TOEIC
Minimum 550 score or above.
Other Qualification
1. Strong data management skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or other data management tools.
2. Experience in report development and data visualization using Power BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
3. Ability to conduct information search and data analysis using AI tools.
4. Strong presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint , Canva, or other relevant presentation tools.
