Job Description: 

Job Purpose

  1. To determine principle and direction in accordance with corporate strategy and business plan.
  2. To standardize and modify in improving business plan including manipulation, planning, monitoring, evaluation and improvement performance management in order to ensure all departments has the same direction.
  3. To analyze business environment that affects defining of policy and strategy including strategy implementation, criteria evaluation and control to achieve the objectives of the organization.

Duties / Responsibilities

  1. Consolidate and analyze both quality and quantity data in order to set standard policies, standard process and all manual related to Business Development Plan and Corporate Strategy in order to standardize and smoothen in improving business plan.
  2. Analyze and control appropriation of strategic direction and synchronize business plan that linked throughout the organization.
  3. Define principle and manipulation direction, action plan, monitor and review performance management for all departments in accordance with corporate's goal.
  4. Obtain, consolidate, and analyze business information such as market environment, business performance and company's SWOT for the sake of defining overall company's strategy.
  5. Consolidate and prepare short-term strategic plan, intermediated-term strategic plan, and long-term strategic plan based on analyzed business information.
  6. Define strategic objectives, strategic KPI and strategic roadmap. Distribute company's strategy to all level.
  7. Communicate and make same understanding with department level in order to implement company's strategy follow company's goal.
  8. Monitor, analyse, evaluate and report department performance under agreed framework in order to smoothen implementing business plan and fasten decision making process. Ensure all departments conduct in the same direction.
  9. Verify work system, process, measurment tool and assess work performance.
  10. Support and encourage action plan/ project including monitor action plan result in order to ensure that all action plan align with company's direction and expectation.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Economics

Work Experience

Minimum 3 years experience

Other Qualification

  1. Experience in Data Analysis or Business Analysis
  2. Skills of Strategic Direction Setting and Strategic Implementation (Designing the company's policies in accordance with changing business environment)

TOEIC

Minimun 550 score or above.
