Job Description: 

Job Purpose (Accountability)

  • To ensure fair market value is achieved and demonstrable.
  • To drive cost saving through procurement strategies and processes.
  • To maintain appropriate purchasing and tendering policies, compliance and procedures
  • To provide accurate data between actual and budget spent
  • To provide pricing standardization of goods and services to be procured
  • To ensure transparency of the procurement process

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Make certain that all incoming purchase requisitions are complete and received with necessary attachment documents.
  • Review quotations, TOR, scope of work, etc. for details and conditions pertaining to goods and services to be procured.
  • Prepare standard pricing of goods and services to enhance transparency and predictability of the procurement processes.
  • Handle requests for information, quotations, proposal and bidding processes.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing Operations to effectively execute spending plans.
  • Assist in working with division heads to identify procuremnt opportunites that will enhance Company's cost savings.
  • Compile a list of vendors to identify cost saving opportunities for bulk purchases and on time deliveries.
  • Evaluate suppliers to ensure their service quality.
  • Participate in supplier negotiations, selection and implementation of contracts designed to encourage continual improvement.
  • Evaluate suppliers' cost model and breakdown for cost saving
  • Compile standard pricing of goods and services to enhace transparency and predictability of the procurement processes

Duties / Responsibilities (Additional)

  • Compile, update and review supplier data to ensure selection standardization.
  • Compile monthlyKPI to monitor costs and prepare reports for Department.
  • Compile, review and file all purchasing and tendering documents for audit purposes.
  • Make certain that Department's KPI's are effecdtively executed and delivered.
  • Make certain thar Department follows Company's regulations, policies and all implemented standatd systems.
  • Prepare and file ISO documents.

Work Experience

Minimum 5 years experience

Education

Bachelor Degree in Business administration

English proficiency

TOEIC score of 550 or above
