Job Purpose

Gather and analyze user requirements, design, develop, enhance, and maintain systems in accordance with development standards and information security requirements. Manage and monitor system development projects, optimize system performance, and provide consultation and coordination with stakeholders to ensure effective system operations.

Responsibilities

1. Gather and document business requirements and relevant information from users to conduct feasibility studies for system development.
2. Analyze business processes, user requirements, and data from internal and external sources to design system architecture and database structures that support accurate, secure, and efficient data processing.
3. Design information systems aligned with business requirements, including recommending appropriate hardware, software, and technology solutions.
4. Develop project plans, define development timelines, coordinate system testing, and prepare technical documentation in accordance with established standards for user and management approval.
5. Coordinate with software developers throughout the development lifecycle to ensure project objectives and timelines are achieved.
6. Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance systems in collaboration with software developers, users, and external vendors to optimize system performance and reliability.
7. Provide technical guidance and consultation to system analysts and software developers to ensure effective collaboration and successful project delivery.
8. Provide IT consultation, technical support, and recommendations to users and relevant stakeholders after system implementation.
9. Conduct end-user training and prepare user documentation to ensure effective adoption of newly developed systems.
