Job Description: 

Job Purpose (Accountability)

  • Perform and maintain operational safety Standard and Recommended Practices compliance with ICAO/DOC.9859 Safety Management System (SMS), CAAT regulations and IATA/IOSA Standard and recommended Practices as well as rules and regulations of other state authorities concerned.            
  • Collect and provide safety data/information concerned Safety Audit (both internal and external) to the Head of Section/Division, Safety Key personnel (SKPs) and Safety Action Group(SAG) for analysis in SMS process.
  • Support Head of Section/Division to carry out management of change (MOC) project.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Develop safety data collection method and provide these safety information to integrate in Safety Performance Monitoring process for support the establishment of organization's safety objectives and safety targets.
  • Provide or support the lessons learned from investigations and case histories or experiences, both internally and from other organizations to be distributed to related operational areas.    
  • Provide the evaluation result of effective implementation for mitigation actions from final investigation report which will provide in MOC project.        
  • Provide documents and safety data analysis to support all Safety and Quality Audit for internal, state's authotities and international audit / inspection / activities.    
  • Coordinate concerned party to collect safety data/ information and carry out the audit preparation as well as analyze audit results/findings/observation and define the root cause analysis, Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS), corrective/ preventive or mitigation actions to those audit / inspection / activities.
  • Perform continously for SMS performance evaluation, SMS Gap Analysis and SMS implementation plan.    
  • Supporting safety information to Manager - Safety and Manager - Safety Services for day-to-day oversight of the Safety Management System (SMS).         
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of an effective SMS.
  • Supporting the Coordination and communication with the State’s oversight authority, other State agencies and international organizations as necessary on issues relating to safety reporting on behalf of Manager - Safety and Manager - Safety Services including CAAT, AAIC (Aircraft Accident Investigation Committee of Thailand).
  • Supporting safety matters and activities to Manager - Safety and Manager - Safety Services regarding ERP according to the process and procedure in CERM.
  • Facilitate , support and prepare safety information, agenda, minutes, presentations in the monthly Safety Meeting, SKP Meeting, Safety Services Meeting and support safety information for SAGs meeting.
  • Support and prepare safety information to Manager - Safety and Manager - Safety Services for HOD and SRB Meeting.   
  • Provide and support safety matters to Manager - Safety, Manager - Safety Services, SKPs and SAGs for safety investigation and Safety Interview(SI).        
  • Support the promotion of the safety policy.
  • Perform SMS instructor duties to provide SMS training according to assigned course/class.                        
  • Update the related part concerned in PG Safety Management Manual (SMM) and the other safety documentations related, to comply with CAAT, ICAO and IOSA Standard and Recommended Practices as well as rules and regulations of other state authorities concerned.   
  • Oversight safety process in operational area by safety auditing regularly.
  • Facilitate, coordinate and carry out audit preparation for internal and external audit.     
  • Assist the Manager-Safety Services for SMS training development regarding safety audit, SPI/SPT, MOC.

Work Experience

Minimum 1 years experience

Education

Bachelor Degree in Field of aviation

TOEIC

Minimum score 600 or above

Other Qualification

  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
  • Able to travel upcountry and abroad.
