Job Description: 

Job Purpose (Accountability)

  1. To comply, examine and provide a recommendation to control the business processes and system of different units (Excluded business process and system of aviation operation). This is provided for risks and impacts to the Corporate objective of the Bangkok Airways as follow; 
    - The internal control self-assessment checklist which required by SEC and SET.
    - Effeciency and effectiveness of performance management.
    - Following the company's rules and regulations.
  2. To oversight and responsible for risk that come from external factors including of economics, Thailand and international politics, industry competition, technology, laws and regulations to ensure that the Company has adequate of control that could support risk exposure.
  3. To study and research for the Quantitative Risk Assessment and KPI setting which could help to set Key Risk Indicator and apply to work.

Duties / Responsibilities

  1. To coordinate with other departments to prepare and update Corporate Risk Profile report which represented department's risk factors,   current control and/or action plan annually. The information from risk analysis would help department to    prepare and annual plan properly and updating to current situation change and/or emerging of new risk that  might occur.
  2. To monitor and evaluate known risk to ensure that risk level has updated to situation change and current  control are adequate.
  3. To define emerging of new risk and coordinate with other departments to perform risk assessment and decide appropriate risk treatment method (Take, Treat, Terminate and Transfer) to address risk.
  4. To Coordinate with risk owners to prepare Key Risk Indicator that could use as warning sign for all related parties.
  5. To define source of information related to risk factors or risk indicator that come from external factors as   below;
    - Domestic and Internationnal's economics and politics especially in the country that the Company's operate.
    - Domestic and Internationnal's laws and regulations, International Cooperation, Industry competition and     technology.
  6. To study and research for the Quantitative Risk Assessment; calculation method, likelihood and impact.
  7. Review the company's internal control (Based on the internal control self-assessment checklist from the SEC).   Collaborate with various departments to develop control and measurment  or corrective action plan  on issues    that have yet to comply.
  8. The implementation of code of conduct is examined. Evaluation the management and staff understands by self-assessment.
  9. Support management level and other departments to implement policies, regulations, rules, procedures, and   various systems by evaluating the clearly accountability and responsibility. To seek to control and improve the compliance program.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Economics or Related Fields

Work Experience

Minimum 1 years experience

TOEIC

Minimum 550 score or above

Other Qualification

  1. Strong knowledge of flowchart program and SPSS
  2. Experience in System Analysis / Risk Management and relevant and skill
