Job Purpose (Accountability)
- To supervise the efficient loading of aircraft i.e. passenger, baggage and cargo as company safety standard and policy.
- To Monitor personnel working procedure and coordinate with Ramp Service Provider i.e. Fuel Service Provider, Catering Service for arrival and departure flight to be safety and efficiency in accordance with CAAT regulations, international regulatory requirements, company standard and regulation as Aircraft Servicing Arrangement to make flight departure on time and comply with Company Quality Plan.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the loading information of the aircraft in accordance with Load and Trim Sheet, Loading Instruction / Report (LIR); Notification to Captain (NOTOC), NOTAM, Loading Position, Weight & Balance and all relevant document and present to Captain for approval before aircraft operating in order to ensure that all information are correct and follow the company manual, including Cooperate with Centralize Load Control (BKKCLC), Operations Control (OCC) and Flight Dispatch (FDC) to complete and improve work efficiency.
- Supervise all Ramp Operations to comply with CAAT regulations, international regulatory requirements and company policy, including to monitor all service providers such as Ramp Service Provider, Fuel Service Provider, Catering Service and Air Crew to ensure that aircraft service procedure is performing in accordance with Aircraft Service Agreement (ASA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Provide flight information for aircraft turnaround such as Actual Passenger Load, Cabin Crew Load, METAR, Fuel Report and special information to all concerned in correspond efficient working procedure and flight operation completely.
- Verify, gather statistic and analyze all irregularity situations such as flight delayed, canceled which may cause damage to persons, property and aircraft and may effect to aircraft Operating and schedule, including report the solution and prevention to superior in order to make a flight back to normal and on time.
- Monitor the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) used in aircraft such as passenger procedures, conveyor belts, push backs to ensure that these are available, correctly maintained and safe working conditions and check parking area and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) before aircraft landing for aircraft safety persons in the vicinity of the aircraft and company property.
- Collect and update the latest related manual and distribute all changes to concerned parties.
- Inspect of the aircraft immediately prior to departure for the purpose of identifying, document and, as applicable, reporting external aircraft damage.
- Report the undeclared , miss-declared dangerous goods and any shipments labeled "Cargo Aircraft Only" during aircraft loading on PG flights to Senior Station Manager, Station Manager and/or Deputy Station Manager
- Verify and confirm ground operations data entered into the processing system by Turnaround Co-coordinator. (GOA)
