Job Description: 

Job Purpose (Accountability)

  • Perform on ticket sales and reservation services to achieve revenue sales and customer's satisfaction.
  • Provide information about applying and benefits for the FlyerBonus Program      
  • Check and close sales reports and record working  report  
  • Keep the selling cash safely and correctly from ticket sales 
  • Coordinate and assist to solve problems for all passengers 
  • Coordinate and assist in solving problems for outsourcing  
  • Provide information on products at the request of passengers, agencies, and internal company staff  

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Service and respond to customer's requests. Provide correct information about the company's services and products. Provide services to make good customer relationships according to the company's policy.
  • Perform seat reservations, issue tickets, and handle ticket alterations through all available channels.
  • Analyze seat availability, pricing, ticket conditions, collect various fees, verify refund calculations, and handle group ticket deposits.
  • Provide special services including offering recommendations, recording passenger data, pre-assigning seats, arranging special meals, pre-purchasing excess baggage allowance, and facilitating other available special services offered by the company. Additionally, furnish information on hazardous materials, travel conditions, and necessary travel documentation.
  • To provide reservation and ticketing services to special services released by the company in all channels and to solve immediate problems with customers and follow up to achieve utmost satisfaction and create the company's revenue. 
  • Provide the requested travel certification and travel itinerary tailored to the passenger's preferences.
  • Introducing and services for Frequent Flyer Bonus Members, Offer comprehensive assistance including verifying benefits, updating personal details, issuing reward tickets, earning and redeeming points, and resolving any related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Introduce and service Privilege Members in verifying benefits, introducing new membership applications, renewing membership, and solving all related problems 
  • Manage email communication with customers and relevant departments, addressing issues originating from the website, agencies, GSA, and customer inquiries, ensuring effective resolution.
  • Provide and review daily sales report, close own sales report with correct amount collection and to pay in all sales types to company's bank account efficiently.  
  • Coordinate, assist, and solve problems for customers caused by irregular flights and report the working procedure to the supervisor and manager 
  • Verify customer's travel details from the system, inform the change of travel details from various factors including weather, flight cancellation, aircraft type and service class change, flight delay, and all happened before departure time. Inform customer ahead of the prescribed timeframe along with flight allocating appropriately based on the standard, company's policy, and customer protection act by the Ministry of Transport  
  • Respond complaint, investigate and analyze to correct the errors to avoid repeating incidents to ensure best services and to create customer's satisfaction and improve services's efficiency 
  • Coordinate and support solving problems for outsourcing staff and staff in related organizations
  • Manage working report and record ISO form daily, weekly, monthly and report to supervisor and manager 
  • Learning to understand the company's products and services to build a new customer base, keep existing customers, and increase the company's revenue 
  • Support, advise, and assist staff in problem-solving and job training. Additionally, regularly report the security of work procedures and workplace conditions to supervisors. In case of irregularities, promptly inform supervisors and managers for preventive action. 
  • Coordination related to the office. Order office equipment and stationery, report equipment repair utilities office equipment, including collecting documents for utility bills, and all expenses are submitted to the supervisor for approval.
