Job Purpose (Accountability)

1. Direct accountability for safety and/ or security of all stations to Deputy Stations Manager.

2. Determining operational standards and practices and ensuring compliance with CAAT regulations, international regulatory requirements and company standard.

3.Control, coordinate and perform ground services' duties towards passengers of every flight during responsible period of time.

4. Control, coordinate and allocate team's working duties efficiently to achieve on - time performance of the flights.

5. Control and oversee the check - in processes for both revenue and non - revenue passengers in compliant with Ÿthe seating capacity of every flight and in accordance to revenue recognition of the Company.

 

 

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge working information, prepare working equipment and be ready at workplace within the specified time frame.
  • Perform ground services' duties correctly and completely with safety following the Company's policy.
  • Perform the assigned duties following the procedures in case there is flight irregularity.
  • Keep passengers' personal information as confidential without disclosing to public, except being granted approval from superiors.
  • Prepare the document using the correct forms according to the objectives as well as keep the document following its category.
  • Report updated information, problems and shortcomings of the assigned tasks directly to superiors.
  • Participate in the projects as assigned by the section in order to improve working experience and increase working performance together with developing career path.
  • Prepare the report identifying risks originated from threats and dangerous goods in compliant with aviation standard.
