Job Purpose (Accountability)
- Perform inspection,repair, fabrication, overhaul, of aircraft interior components and other relate components under capability to ensure that they meet the requirements of manufacturer and local authority requirement in a timely manner and to sufficiant support aircraft in operation.
Duties / Responsibilities
1. Perform fabrication, Clean, inspect and repair of aircraft cabin carpets on company aircraft following original equipment manufacturer manuals and/or Maintenance Order (MO) Fabrication Order (FO) issued by Engineering Division.
2. Perform fabrication or repair of aircraft cargo nets following original equipment manufacture manual and/or Maintenance Order (MO) Fabrication Order (FO) issued by Engineering Division.
3. Perform fabrication repair and cleaning of aircraft cabin curtains following original equipment manufacturer manuals and/or Maintenance Order (MO) Fabrication Order (FO) issued by Engineering Division.
4. Inspection, Overhaul and servicing of aircraft component under approved capability such passenger and crew life vests, oxygen, fire extingushers following original equipment manufacture manual and or Maintenance Order (MO).
5. responsible to record and notify any inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous procedure, practice information or maintenance instruction contained in the maintenance data used.
6. Review and complete of work order and task cards to ensure full fill all data requirement included attach requirement concern document. And signing close work order and task cards.
7. Maintain all tools and equipment in work shop in good condition, calibration and report if any to their management.
8. Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, and workstations neat; complying with procedures,in accordance with MOE and Division Standard Operation Manual(SOP).
9. Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
10. arry out all concerned duties regarding Quality, Safety & Security required by company.
