Job Purpose (Accountability)

• To maintain schedule integrity during days of operations which ensuring strictly compliance to Local Regulator and company policies. Monitoring in the daily operation and rescheduling during irregular operations while maintain a safe and on-time operational schedule.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor crew member ‘s legalities to be strictly compliant with CAAT, OM and Company policies and take corrective action if necessary.
• Recheck and monitoring crew member schedule one day before operating day, following with CAAT's rules and company policies.
• Respond immediately to all operational irregularities and new flying request (ad-hoc’s) to ensure the least impact to the customer and maximum revenue for our company.
• Monitor all aircrew’s documents, license, special endorsement or qualification, validity, training and visa requirement in accordance with Local Regulations.
• Rescheduling and notification of crew personnel during irregular operations.
• Liaison with OCC, Dispatch, Training and Crewmembers and others in times of irregular operations to resolve problems.
• Attend, calculate, check, save and record crew member flight time and duty time limitation and also rest period under CAAT requirements.
• Respond to all incoming mail and process of swap request in accordance with CAAT's regulations, company and division policies in time manner.
• Arrange unscheduled down-line accommodations, and book unscheduled deadheads to maintain crew allowable Flight Duty Period within legal limit.
• Back up all records to ensure business continuity and unplanned emergency as outlined in Crew Planning and Scheduling Manual.
• Report all irregularities to Seniors/Supervisors.
