Job Purpose (Accountability)

1. Act as the point of contact for  CAAT, IATA, CAAV, CAAC, CAAs/applicable regulators and codeshare partners.              
2. Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with conditions and restrictions of the Air Operator Certificate Requirements (AOCR), and in compliance with applicable regulations and standards of the Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited.                        
3. Ensure that the Conformance report (CR) production follow the process and it contains accurate information related to the audit of all ISARPs (effective edition).                        
4. Ensure completion of AOC, FAOC/FAOA and DG Permit submission and renewal.                        
5. Be aware of applicable legal and contractual requirements    
6. Maintain Bangkok Airways standards to prevent hazards and undesirable events.                        
7. Validate and verify the processes by ensuring that the desired outcomes are achieved and following the Standards and Recommended Practices.     
8. Follow-up on and monitor processes that have been changed (corrective actions) to ensure that they are being used and are effective.                       
9. Maintain the confidentiality and security of information, data, documents and records.                        
10. Facilitate the audit from CAAs and external parties.                        

Duties / Responsibilities

1. Support, facilitate and coordinate with the external auditors for the audit preparation and activities.                         
2. Ensure that contracts and agreements between Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited and IATA and/or Audit Organization or contractor and supplier are signed and valid.                        
3. Report and present the result of audit from external parties to Manager-Operations Quality Assurance.                        
4. Follow up with concerned parties regarding non-conformity report from external parties.                        
5. Ensure auditing of all ISARPs during the IOSA registration period follow internal audit process/procedures.                      
6. Establish the audit plan in IQSMS and ensure that the audit objectives, scope and criteria are appropriate, and the Quality Assurance Audit Process are in successful completion according to QAM section 3.                        
7. Record and report audits performance against ISARPs.       
8. Ensure that all audit findings are tied to applicable regulations, standards or company requirements and supported by specific examples.                        
9. Produce, develop and review regularly a company conformance/ Cross reference (CR) template to meet or similar to IATA template via IQSMS.                        
10. Establish and Review as necessary a Conformance/Cross Reference Report Process in accordance with Quality Assurance Manual.                         
11. Conduct Audit QC on Conformance Report (CR).              
12. Develop, implement and continuously improve the IOSA Renewal Program to ensure that IATA membership is continuously maintained.                        
     

Duties / Responsibilities (Additional)

1. Follow the process to monitor the performance of wet lease operators and codeshare partners (as a carrier).           
2. Establish and ensure effectiveness of internal communication regarding the visit of codeshare partners and audit from external parties.                        
3. Establish and ensure the logistics regarding the visit of codeshare partners and audit from external parties are well managed.                         
4. Ensure that AOC, FAOC/FAOA and DG Permit are valid and coordinate with internal and external parties for the renewal of each permit.                        
5. Follow the renewal process to ensure AOC, FAOC/FAOA and DG Permit are complete and the certificates are approved and released.                        
6. Inform concerned parties of the completion of the certificate renewal.                        
7. Plan, organize, direct and control the assigned audit in accordance with QAM section 3.                        
8. Develop, encourage, promote and ensure implementation of QMS, SMS and SeMS culture within division.                      
9. Communicate information policies, strategies correctly and effectively to all employees in order to apply in practice.   
10. Responsible for his/her career, self-development and continuous learning, which include participation in performance management system, training, knowledge management activities, and other development activities provided by the organization.                        
11. Perform any tasks assigned by superior.
