Job Purpose (Accountability)

• Coordinate and provide training course for Ground and Cargo Operations personnel in accordance with company policy and standards for each position to in order to comply with requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and International Air Transport Association (IATA/IOSA standard) compliance by the Company Regulations and International Organization of Standardization (ISO) and Codeshare Partner.                        
   

Duties / Responsibilities

• Prepare and create the training courses in the Learning Management System for ground and cargo operations personnel in the scope of  ground and cargo operations to comply with company policy and standard in accordance with Internation Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and International Aviation Transportation Association (IATA/IOSA Association)
• Coordinate with internal instructor and the instructor from relevant departments to prepare training materials, training facilitators, training registration forms, instructor evaluation forms and training evaluation forms in the Learning Management System. Including arrange and reserve training room for each training course and facilitate as a training coordinator in each course conducted by Ground Operations Training Division.
• Coordinate with the concerned department for ticket issuing and arrange the hotel accommodations for instructors, ground and cargo operational personnel to attend the training courses which conducted by Ground Operations Training Division orrelevant department.
• Submit and sum up the training results in each training course in the Learning Management System to record and collect all the expense to propose to Human Resource Department.                        
• Coordinate with station managers and head of section under the scope of ground and cargo operations to monitor training records of all ground and cargo operations personnel manually and keep it as supporting reference to arrange the next recurrent training. 
• To monitor and arrange recurrent training courses for Ground and Cargo Operations Personnel in accordance with the service and the standard of International organization (IATA/ICAO/IOSA).                        
• To propose course outlines and submit training schedule to the superiors with reference to the training year plan within the approved budjet.                        
• To gather training record of Ground and cargo Operations Personnel in accordance with ISO standard, evaluate and summarize feedback of each training class, then submit to the superiors to review or develop the course outlines if required.
• Monitoring Outsources Training Programs according to PG's requirement and Coordinate for training records.  
• To perform duties related to Quality, Safety and Security in line with the Company policies. And maintain high standards in training to meet the requirement of the international standard (IATA,ICAO,IOSA). 
• Develop, encourage, promote and ensure implementation of QMS, SMS and SeMS culture within department. 
• To bring innovations of training comes in the form of academic deploy to achieve modernization and always interesting.
