Job Purpose (Accountability)

• Generate Load and Trim Sheet, other load documents concerned to all company flights and determine the total weight, center of gravity of the airplane do not exceed the certified limits at anytime during the operations. Control on time performance following the company’s policy and process according to Flight Handling Procedures (FHP).                        
   

Duties / Responsibilities

• 1. Perform as the Load Controller and Load Planner who plan and produce flight document which relating load control function such as Load and Trim Sheet, other load planning documents concerned to all company flights . Load controller shall ensure that the total weight; center of gravity of the aircraft shall not exceed the certified limits and structural weight limited at during the operations control on time performance conform to the company’s policy and process according to Flight Handling Procedures (FHP).                        
• 2. Monitor and communicate the forecast Zero Fuel with DSP.                        
• 3. Planning and produce flight documents which relating load control function in an electronic weight balance systems as necessary according to relevant instructions from company.                        
• 4. Coordinate with Check-in agent to ensure acceptance figure are identical and suitable including dangerous goods and special loads (DGSL) that require special handling and segregation.                        
• 5. Coordinate with Check-in agent for the possibility of reseating a passenger after acceptance finalized. Passenger shall be reseated according to aircraft balance and trim reason.                        
• 6. Ensure that completed process of Load and Trim Sheet delivery on time and accurate aircraft weight and balance within safety limit and saving fuel consumption.  
• 7. Coordinate with Cargo Division and/or other relevant divisions to ensure weight is correct including dangerous goods and special loads (DGSL) that require special handling and segregation.                        
• 8. Coordinate with TRC/load control agent to ensure loading of the aircraft in accordance with the LIR. Upon completion of loading, confirmation of an advice of deviation.                        
• 9. Ensure the loading is not exceeded hold capacities and structural limitations. 
• 10. Ensure the total traffic load is not exceeded allowable total traffic load.

Duties / Responsibilities (Additional)

• 11. Confirm the revenue cargo, non-revenue cargo and COMAT which contain DGSL is properly inspected, packaged, labeled, weighted and loaded according to restrictions, maximum quantities, separation and segregation requirements and recheck the NOTOC was already generated (Notification to Captain).  
• 12. Provide any necessary information which required by pilot in command and/or relevant departments via means of communications.                        
• 13. Ensure balance calculations are performed correctly and conditions of loaded aircraft, including LMCs, are within limits prior to flight departure without delay. 
• 14. Collect and prepare all data relating to the loads for the single sector or transit sector (cargo, baggage, mail, transit load from incoming LDM/CPM) to ensure correct and clarity of messages.                        
• 15.Verify and input the Actual Ramp fuel in Movement Manager System.
• 16. Retaining each flight document of the electronic flight file for every departure flight. 
• 17. Create, modify, review and submit the manual by appointed of Senior Manager or Deputy Manager – Load Control. 
• 18. Carry out all concerned duties regarding Quality, Safety and Security required by the company.
